Race for RP is pleased to welcome Jon Lee Miller to its team of professional drivers.  Jon, a championship winning driver and coach, has over a decade of experience in professional sports car racing across multiple series. In 2020, Jon completed a third full season in the SRO GT4 America Championship with ST Racing, helping secure the Team Championship title alongside his co-driver, Samantha Tan.  In 2019, they won the SRO America GT4 SprintX Championship.  That year, Jon also won the COTA 24 hour race driving a BMW M4 GT4 with RHC Jorgensen/Strom Motorsports.

Jon will generously use his motorsports platform to draw attention to relapsing polychondritis (RP), as he competes at the highest levels in the sport, pursuing his goal of winning championships and the world’s major endurance races.  Jon’s 2021 schedule is filled with exciting races as he is a regular competitor in IMSA, SRO America, the NLS (VLN) at the Nurburgring, and other endurance series.

Up first in 2021, Jon will be co-driving a BMW M4 GT4 with ST Racing for a full season in the CREVENATIC 24 Hour Series across Europe, the Middle East and the United States.  The series kicks-off this week at the Dubai Autodrome, an FIA sanctioned 5.39 km circuit, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and finishes with a 24 hour endurance race at Sebring International Raceway in November.

Race for RP is excited to have Jon help increase awareness of relapsing polychondritis, a debilitating autoimmune disease.

Please join us in welcoming Jon to the Race for RP team!

About Relapsing Polychondritis
Relapsing polychondritis (RP) is a debilitating and sometimes fatal systemic inflammatory disease that is characterized by recurrent inflammation of cartilage and other tissues throughout the body. The disease affects multiple organs, particularly cartilaginous structures such as the ears, nose, airways and joints as well as eyes, skin, heart valves and brain. The cause of RP is unknown and there is no cure for RP.
